Our Why
Most buyers walk into a builder’s sales office with a lot of hope and very little information. The contracts are long, the incentives change from month to month, and it’s hard to know what’s a good deal and what only looks like one.
I know because I used to work inside those offices, for two national home builders. I learned how the contracts are written, where the important details hide, and where there’s room to negotiate. I also saw how often buyers left money on the table because they didn’t know which questions to ask.
